Warren Crank – Lead Pastor
Warren Crank has been the lead pastor at Northreach since 2007 and before that, at Ipswich Baptist Church (since 1995). His preaching style is relaxed and relational while being Christ-focussed and Bible-centred. He loves encouraging future leaders because investment in people promotes Kingdom growth. Warren’s other joys in life are his family (wife, Ellen and 3 boys), his Kombi, and being Chaplain for the NQ Cowboys NRL team.[/EXPAND]

Ian Walton – Pastoral Care
Ian Walton is the Pastoral Care pastor at Northreach Baptist Church and has been on our team since 2011. Ian was previously Education Director at Malyon College in Brisban. He is married to Oliva and they have three children.[/EXPAND]
[EXPAND Christian Aguilera - Youth Pastor]
Christian Aguilera – Youth Pastor
Called to the position in November 2009, Christian and his family, wife Ev and two children Amelia and Josiah, moved to Townsville in January 2010. His interests are: hanging out with family and friends, reading, writing, music, sports, coffee and building people up in the faith no matter what the circumstances. Christian was born in Chile, South America and moved to Bondi Sydney, Australia when he was 11 months old in 1970. He has been involved in the youth and young adults ministry for over 7 years and lives to see the younger generation find and fulfil their God-given destiny.[/EXPAND]
[EXPAND Michael Stainbrook - Community Support Worker]
Michael Stainbrook – Community Support Worker
Michael is married to Ruth and has been serving at Northreach as our community support worker. He and his team look after emergency food, clothes and housing. Michael also overseas our Community shop front in Kelso known as the Open Door. Michael came to us 7 years ago from Seattle USA. Michael and his wife Ruth are passionate about social justice issues.[/EXPAND]
