Youth and Young Adults Pastor Christian Aguilera spoke to Northreach Baptist Church and looked at Hebrews 10:19-25.

The video featured in Christian’s sermon shows emperor penguins in the cold icy lands of Antarctica. The penguins work together in groups, they huddle together to stay on course and stay strong.

Like the emperor penguin we are stronger in community, LifeGroups are a place of authentic community.

So let us draw near to God as it says in Hebrews.

“Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water,” Hebrews 10:22.

Let’s hold unswervingly to the hope we profess and let’s spur each other on in love and good deeds.

A way this can be done is through encouraging each other by meeting together in groups such as LifeGroups.
